New to the Theory of Positive Disintegration?
We know it’s not always easy to find what you’re looking for in our archive. We’ve created this first directory post to help bring some order to the chaos.
First, we adjusted the navigation options for our account. If you click on Positive Disintegration and look at the navigation bar at the top, you’ll find that we’ve broken posts down by major category. This is how it looks right now, but it will change to suit what content is relevant and current for you.
For instance, we may choose to feature the NAGC posts only in the fall when they’re most relevant. Similarly, DC2024 posts will lose their relevance after the conference in July. So, expect navigation options to change based on what’s happening in our lives.
Posts and Podcast Episodes
Our first 36 posts on Positive Disintegration were podcast episodes. You’ll find that all of our podcast episodes have the PD logo on a white background like this:
Podcast episodes will also have the headphone icon at the start of the main title, and the blurb will start with “Listen now” and the runtime in minutes. Written posts, and posts with transcripts and videos, feature the PD logo on a black background. Here’s how a post and a podcast episode look in the archive:
If you’ve listened to the podcast, you know that Chris is from the United States and Emma is from Australia. We retain our voices in written posts, and Emma’s posts feature Australian English, while our show notes are in American English. This means the spelling of certain words may vary between posts.
We record our written posts for maximum accessibility because we know some folks would rather listen than read with their eyes. We feature voiceovers for nearly all written work. Exceptions include Dąbrowski Congress updates and other brief posts.
Some of our podcast episodes feature guests, and run for about an hour. You will see the name of the guest in the blurb intro. In 2023, we introduced short episodes called Quick Bites, allowing us to discuss topics of interest with brevity (around 20 minutes).
Written posts were also introduced in 2023, and we’ve added tabs where you can find work from Dr. Chris Wells and Emma Nicholson. Rather than including every post we’ve written, this tab features work that offers insights into us and our journeys.
Topics of Interest
We’ve been working to make our posts easier to find by topic. This is the first attempt to organize our work and make posts available based on tags and sections. Click on one of the following topics to find a page with relevant posts:

About Our Posts
Pricing structure:
Free subscribers receive limited posts and all podcast episodes.
Paid subscribers have the following options:
$9/Month
$75/Year
$250/Year as a Founding Member with quarterly live Q&A on Zoom with Chris. Join us in the Founding Member Lounge channel in our Discord Community.
Schedule
We don’t have a set post schedule yet and may never make one. You can expect at least one post per week, but it might not always be on the same day. This is because we like to keep our content relevant and authentic, sharing what is meaningful rather than sticking to a schedule. We will release at least one podcast per month, but again, it will not always be at the same time of the month.
Paid content
Initially, we hoped to keep most of our posts free, but that’s not a sustainable model. Therefore, we have a limited number of free posts; the rest are for paid subscribers.
*If you can’t afford to pay but sincerely want access to our content, please reach out via email [positivedisintegration.pod@gmail.com] and request a comped account with the email address you subscribed with. Please subscribe first and then request access.
We’re pleased to offer bonus content and the Interesting Quotes series for paid subscribers. Our bonus content offers unique insights into podcast episodes and many written works about the theory. All podcast episodes are freely available.
Archive
We have placed our archive behind a paywall. Free posts are now available for one month. A limited selection of posts will remain available for free, along with podcast episodes.
Supporting our Work
If you want to support our work by becoming a Dąbrowski Center donor instead of subscribing on Susbtack, please use this link and let us know that you’d like your account upgraded if we don’t notice within 48 hours. We use Donorbox for most donations, but PayPal and Venmo are also options. Dąbrowski Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
Contact Info
We’re open to feedback and corrections. If you notice we’ve missed something or gotten something wrong, please let us know at positivedisintegration.pod@gmail.com. Also, feel free to reach out with any other thoughts, comments, or suggestions.
We’re so glad you’ve joined us on this journey! Thank you for being here. ❤️
This is good. You’ve given me organizational ideas, too. This particular post is particularly clear and well-organized. Under which tab can I find it going forward? Thank you!
