Couldn't agree more. That pivot from resistance to resonance, truly learning to trust feeling as information, is such an insightful observation. I feel a similar discovery in Pilates, where listening to my body's subtle signals opens up a whole different register of intelligence. It's quite wonderfull.
Wow this is brilliant , beautiful! Every part resonates although I am truly in the thick of it all, muddying through. Thank you ๐๐ป. I look forward to many more moments carved out over the coming months to reflect on your words and allowing myself space to acknowledge how much they resonate, to contemplate, play with ideas and think about how many facets of this ring true for me too
Thank you for sharing this, Michelle! Each of the posts in this series has taken many hours of work to produce, and hearing that it resonates so much is very appreciated. ๐๐
I very much look forward to reading this Chris. I have still yet to get to part 2. All in time, all in time. Your work is not meant for fast consumption. Iโm glad to be able to honor is by taking in each course on time, savoring it slowly. Appreciate you. You create should food.

Thank you so much, Alana. Iโm glad it resonated. Being in the thick of it is where this work really starts. Iโm grateful youโre here. ๐
